“Run Our City” Runners Raised Their Hands Symbolizing “Five Demands, Not One Less”

Hong Kong – On Sunday’s Streetathon “Run Our City”, many runners raised 5 fingers on one hand and 1 finger on another hand, symbolising “Five Demands, Not One Less” when they ran through the finishing line.

The 10km-race winner, aged 17, expressed her concern over situation in Hong Kong, as well as her wish seeing justice and love to be restored.

Another runner named himself as “Mr. Lennon”, who decorated his running suit with Post-it notes. He also prepared pens for other participants to write their wishes.
