Police Warns of Possible Arrests Even for Peaceful Lennon Wall Creation

In the course of anti-extradition movement, pro-democracy publicities have been flourishing on various Lennon Walls all over Hong Kong. Netizens called for a “City-wide Lennon Day” on January 11 to repair and expand Lennon walls to show tribute to the frontline protesters of the Movement.

Police force, however, released on their Facebook page a collage of small post-its that read “is this a venue to express opinion peacefully?”. The force also pointed out that from June 9, 2019 till present, 100 arrestees were associated with Lennon Wall clashes.
