CANADA — On Tuesday this week, the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, has said on a press to warn China that its repressive measures in Hong Kong and Uigur Muslims might be counterproductive to itself, marking the 50th anniversary of Canada-China relations.
He said in a press that “We will remain absolutely committed to working with our allies to ensure that China’s approach of coercive diplomacy, its arbitrary detention of two Canadian citizens alongside other citizens of other countries around the world is not viewed as a successful tactic by them.”
His statement has condemned CCP’s violation of human rights for the handling of Hong Kong protests and the detention of Uighur Muslims. He firmly confirmed its stands with its allies, such as the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. As more countries joining into action against the Chinese Communist Party, we believe that the word ‘freedom’ will soon become the truth.
