On May 25 at 2 AM, HK police officers conducted a stop and search on a group drinking in Aberdeen. One 18-year-old girl was not cooperative and hurled verbal insults at the officers.
One officer ignored her cursing and she subsequently threw her beer at him. The officer dodged it and the commanding officer stepped in, issued the girl a warning, and demanded to inspect her purse, subsequently found a plastic bag containing 44 pills.
The girl claimed the pills were prescribed by doctors, and that “it will make you feel high”. The officers demanded further explanation from her, and she went rampant, shouting “Cops aren’t above everything! My father is a cop!” She then kicked the commanding officer in the groin. Three officers were hospitalized afterwards.
The police believed the girl had consumed narcotics prior the incident and is currently examining the recovered pills.
